Cochran Presents Congressional Gold Medal to 90-Year-Old Vicksburg Resident
JACKSON, Miss. – The following news release from U.S. Senator Thad Cochran:
U.S. Senator Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) today presented 90-year-old World War II veteran George Long of Vicksburg with the Congressional Gold Medal awarded to Montford Point veterans of the U.S. Marine Corps.
