Bryant staffer takes on new role
The new year is bringing several changes to Gov. Phil Bryant’s top staff, including a new communications director, Nicole Webb.
Webb, who has served as deputy communications director since shortly before Bryant was sworn in as governor in January 2012, replaces Mick Bullock, who is leaving for a job in Washington, D.C.
“Nicole has done a great job as deputy communications director, and I have every confidence that in her new role she will ensure that information is shared openly with the public and the media,” Bryant said in a statement last week.
