Presley talks small business incentives at KADC forum

A state elected official visited Kosciusko Monday afternoon to discuss utility incentives for small business owners.

Brandon Presley, Mississippi Public Service Commissioner for the Northern District, spent an hour talking with utility company representatives and local economic officials during a meeting at the Kosciusko-Attala Development Corporation.

“One hindrance to the success of small business is high utility bills,” Presley said. “I see the stresses that these costs can put on businesses trying to get off the ground and stay open during tough economic times.”
