One City Judge Refuses to Step Down
In a letter submitted to the Hattiesburg City Council and Mayor Johnny Dupree, Jones says she is not resigning her position as municipal court judge.
The letter was signed by Kim Chaze, Jones’s attorney.
It also states that Jones is not voluntarily leaving her position.
