CL – Health insurance exchange good idea
The Greenwood (Miss.) Commonwealth on health insurance exchanges:
If Republicans reclaim the White House, keep control of the House and gain some clout in the Senate, there’s a good chance all or part of the Affordable Health Care Act – otherwise known as Obamacare – will be repealed. But that’s a big “if.” Even if Mitt Romney is elected president, there’s no guarantee he’ll have enough clout in Congress to turn back all the pages of the legislation – or even if he’ll try to wipe out all that the act entails.
Meanwhile, the health care act – many provisions of which are yet to take effect – is the law. If President Barack Obama is re-elected, and the Senate stays about the same, it’ll continue to be.
