Wicker joins GOP push to investigate Obama administration leaks
U.S Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Tupelo, last week co-sponsored a Senate resolution urging U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint an independent special counsel to investigate classified information leaks by the administration.
Information leaked to major publications in recent months raised eyebrows among some people who pointed out that they were suspiciously detailed and made President Obama appear to be an unforgiving punisher of enemies of the United States.
They said they suspected that the leaks came from the administration itself, and were done on purpose.
