Bobby Jindal, Haley Barbour to speak at Bob McDonnell’s retreat
Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) is heading to the tony mountain resort that Virginia politicians love — the Homestead — Thursday evening to kick off his third annual retreat.
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and former Mississippi governor Haley Barbour, both Republicans, will deliver keynotes speeches Friday.
McDonnell, chairman of the Republican Governors Association, is hosting the invitation-only getaway at the four-star mountain resort in Hot Springs to recognize friends and supporters, according to spokesman Tucker Martin.
