Gulf Live – Palazzo opens Pascagoula office in good humor
‘Rainmaker’ doesn’t like the ‘killing fields’
During the grand opening of his third Fourth Congressional District office in Pascagoula’s Merchants & Marine Bank, Republican Congressman Steven Palazzo got a warm welcome from local elected officials, including Mayor Robbie Maxwell.
Coming on the heels of an exceptionally rainy weekend, the event drew well over 100 guests.
In introducing Palazzo, Maxwell said that during a chat a little earlier, he told the congressman how grateful everyone was to have gotten “this wonderful rain.
Maxwell quoted Palazzo as saying, “I did that!”
