Barbour to deliver economic speech in Chicago
Washington (CNN) – Add another stop to Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour’s busy national itinerary as he prepares for a likely presidential bid: Chicago.
The Republican will headline a fundraiser for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce’s political action committee next Monday, with a speech about “the need for economic growth and job creation.”
Tickets for the fundraiser are priced at $150 per person, or $1,500 for a table of ten. Those contributing $5,000 will be invited to a “Sponsor’s Reception.”
