Dennis pledges to run state like CEO
The face of Mississippi’s next governor should be one who goes out and creates work and job opportunities, Republican gubernatorial candidate Dave Dennis said here last week during a stop on his kick-off campaign.
“That’s how you make success work,” Dennis told a crowd gathered at the Thomasson Company here where he shared his message of private sector leadership that focused on job creation, improving education and government reform.
He said America’s founding fathers were not career politicians but private sector people who used their initiative to do what was right.
