DeLaughter to spend time in McCreary Ky.

Former Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter, sentenced to 18 months for lying to the FBI, will serve his time at the federal prison in McCreary, Ky.
DeLaughter is to report to prison Jan. 4.
He had requested to be able to serve his time in federal prison in Pensacola or Montgomery so his wife can visit, but it was up to the Bureau of Prisons to decide.
The 55-year-old former judge pleaded guilty July 30 to obstruction of justice in a corruption investigation involving multimillionaire and former lawyer Dickie Scruggs.
