Congressman Bennie Thompson to hold forum Thursday

Rep. Bennie Thompson will host a forum titled “Renew, Reinvest, Recover: Doing business with the Department of Homeland Security” at the Washington County Convention Center on Thursday.

The forum begins at 1 p.m. in room 140 of the center and will conclude at 2:50 p.m. It is the fifth in a series of discussions offered by Rep. Thompson, and is part of the Congressional Black Caucus’ Annual Legislative Conference.
