A motion had previously been filed to strike Scruggs’ answer to the complaint in the Hinds County Wilson v. Scruggs fee dispute case, and a hearing is scheduled for Thursday (April 16) at the Hinds County Courthouse to determine if the case should be reopened.
Wilson is also looking for sanctions against Scruggs because of the attempted bribe of DeLaughter.
The hearing begins at 10 a.m.
