Today, Judge Senter has approved the dismissal of the lawsuit against State Farm and Renfroe.
ORDER AND JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL
Upon due consideration of the plaintiffs? motion [1312 ] to dismiss all claims
for extra-contractual damages, including but not limited to punitive and emotional
distress damages, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
That the plaintiffs? motion [1312 ] is hereby GRANTED;
All claims for extra-contractual and punitive damages against defendants State
Farm Fire and Casualty Company and E.A. Renfroe & Company, Inc., are hereby
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
