Hinds official seeks performance audit
Hinds County District 4 Supervisor Phil Fisher wants to hire an outside firm to conduct a performance audit of the county.
The audit would not look at finances, but rather staffing and related issues to determine if the county is operating as efficiently as it can, Fisher said.
