Mississippi’s congressional delegation split 2-1 on House passage of a $146 billion economic stimulus package.
U.S. Reps. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., and Chip Pickering, R-Miss., voted for the bill Tuesday. Democrat Gene Taylor voted against it.
