The Mississippi Supreme Court has denied Hinds County Circuit Judge Tomie Green?s request to rule on sanctions against Jackson Mayor Frank Melton?s personal defense attorney without a hearing in a lower court.
Green had filed for sanctions against Dale Danks Jr., who is also a former Jackson mayor, in March.
