Melton promises a short speech.
“My speech will be very short and very much to the point because we have a lot of work we need to start doing Monday. It means that this city is getting ready to smile again. We are going to do it with a great deal of grace, a great deal of passion, so that we can move forward, we can grow and we can develop,” he said.
