It’s unfortunate that one of this city’s potentially greatest assets – The Capital City Convention Center – is being hampered by Mayor Harvey Johnson’s lack of political savvy.
To be fair, some of those slated to be named to the convention center’s governing board represent groups that weren’t all that gung ho about it. So, it was – and is – a challenge to devise a good working group.
