Baria Earns Endorsement from Sheet Metal Worker’s and National Association of Social Workers

By: Sarah Ulmer - October 19, 2018

This week, Democratic nominee for US Senate David Baria announced the endorsements of Smart Sheet Metal Worker’s Local Union 214 and the National Association of Social Workers. These are continuing signs of growing enthusiasm and momentum for Baria in his run for US Senate.

“Throughout his career, David Baria has worked to move Mississippi forward and support working families,” said SMART-SMWLU 214 Marketing Representative Randy Thomason. “We are certain that Rep. Baria will continue to fight for all Mississippians on all fronts to help move Mississippi forward.”

“I come from working folk and have always stood up for Mississippi working families” said Representative David Baria. “That is why we are seeing support from people and groups all across Mississippi who are looking for change. I am proud to have the support of these two groups that stand up everyday for working families, and pledge to fight everyday in the US Senate for average Mississippians.”
