Y’all Politics obtains original NLRB filing in complaint against Kelly Services/Nissan

Y’all Politics has obtained the original filing with the National Labor Relations Board around the Nissan dispute. As is shown in the redacted document, the claims by NLRB focus around one individual. This is a leverage point in the vote that Nissan employees will have in early August about whether or not to unionize. UAW attorneys filed the claim with the NLRB on the Nissan employee’s behalf.
