Harper says security concerns under review
Rep. Gregg Harper, chairman of the House Administration Committee, which has jurisdiction over the Capitol Police, said he expects there will be more discussions about security concerns.
“I’m sure that in the days ahead we’ll look at everything concerning security, not just for members, but also our staffs and every visitor that comes up on Capitol Hill,” said the Mississippi Republican. “We will look at whatever needs to be done, certainly the safety of the members and staff and visitors is our number one priority.”
