Toby Barker opens campaign headquarters in Hub City
Toby Barker opened his campaign headquarters in the Hub City Thursday, vying to be the next mayor of Hattiesburg.
Barker, a current state representative, is running as an independent. Shawn O’Hara is also running as an independent.
Incumbent Mayor Johnny DuPree, Catherine Starr and Tom Garmon face off for the democratic nomination.
