Mississippi Commission of Judicial Performance recommends Judge Weisenberger to be removed

The Mississippi Commission of Judicial Performance recommends that the Mississippi Supreme Court remove Bill Weisenberger from office.
Judge Weisenberger was the former Justice Court Judge of District 3, in Madison County.

The commission also recommends Judge Weisenberger be fined $1,000 and assessed costs in the amount of $5,918.46.

The commission finds that Judge Weisenberger engaged in judicial misconduct when he slapped Eric Rivers, a mentally-challenged adult, on the back of the head and called him a racial slur.
