Ratcliff wins judge seat in runoff

Steve Ratcliff beat out Marlin “Marty” Miller for the newly created 20th Circuit Court District Judge seat Tuesday night.

Though Miller led in Rankin’s unofficial hand count by nearly 2,000 votes, Ratcliff dominated 87 percent of the vote in Madison.
