Hospitalized congressman to take oath of office in Miss.
JACKSON, MISS. — A north Mississippi congressman will take his oath of office in Tupelo because he was too ill to go to Washington for a swearing-in ceremony.
Republican U.S. Rep. Alan Nunnelee’s spokeswoman, Elizabeth Parks, says U.S. District Judge Michael Mills will administer the oath to Nunnelee, who is hospitalized.
