Scott Walker reports to federal prison in Pensacola to begin 18-month sentence for conspiracy, fraud
PENSACOLA, Florida — Ocean Springs businessman and former mayoral candidate Scott Walker reported to federal prison Monday to begin an 18-month sentence for conspiracy and fraud charges involving the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources and the City of D’Iberville.
According to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons, Walker reported to FPC Pensacola (Fla.), a minimum security federal prison camp. He will be one of nearly 700 all-male inmates during his incarceration. Visitors are allowed Friday through Sunday.
