Presley: Settlements reached with no-call violators
JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) — The Mississippi Public Service Commission has reached settlements with three alleged No-Call violators.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley says complaints were received alleging NRRM, LLC, Alliance Data Systems and Maxim Media Marketing had made unauthorized solicitations by telephone without registering with the Public Service Commission.
Presley says NRRM, LLC will have to pay $1,750 in fines, Alliance Data Systems will have to pay $3,500 and Maxim Media Marketing will have to pay $500.
