Southaven Mayor Greg Davis: A Tumultuous Year
When Mississippi State Auditor Stacey Pickering came calling yesterday to demand that the Southaven Board of Aldermen turn over Mayor Greg Davis’s check, it was yet another bump in a very bumpy year for the former state rep.
Davis, who was the Republican nominee for the U.S. House in 2008, has watched his life unravel in the past year and the media has been there every step of the way. He even found himself the butt of a few jokes on late night TV.
