Palazzo hosts Academy Day for area high school students
Congressman Steven Palazzo invites area students and their families to come out for Academy Day at the University of Southern Mississippi from 8 a.m.-noon Saturday.
Representatives from the U.S. Navy Academy, the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, the USM Army & Air Force ROTC’s and The Citadel will be on hand to answer questions and meet with interested candidates.
The event will be held on USM’s Hattiesburg campus in the Thad Cochran Center.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the program will follow starting at 8:30 a.m.
