Former Southaven mayor’s embezzlement trial continued
Former Southaven Mayor Greg Davis’ trial on charges of embezzlement and false pretense has been rescheduled for a second time.
DeSoto County District Attorney John Champion tells The Commercial Appeal Davis’ trial was scheduled for Aug. 19 but has been continued until Dec. 9.
