Mississippi man indicted in ricin letters case

A 41-year-old Mississippi man was named in a five-count indictment, including a charge of developing and stockpiling the toxin ricin for use as a weapon related to threatening letters sent in April to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., and a local Mississippi judge.

James Dutschke of Tupelo, who also was charged with threatening the president, is scheduled to appear in an Oxford, Miss., federal court Thursday.
