Finch says Republicans are re-energized
State Treasurer Lynn Fitch of Madison believes Republicans in Mississippi are re-energized for the Presidential election which is weeks away. Fitch was the special guest at the opening of the new Lafayette County Romney Ryan and Rebels for Romney Headquarters in Oxford.
“I think we’ve hit some key groups, one of those being the independent voters,” she suggests. “They have seen the differences.”
Fitch, the sole statewide elected official who is an Ole Miss Alum, is serving as the Honorary Co-Chair for the Rebels for Romney campaign, an Oxford and University based organization that is growing legs among Ole Miss Alumni statewide.
