Last week was health care exchange week, or so it seemed. Insurance Commissioner Mike Chaney was at the center of several stories about whether or not the state would continue to operate its exchange despite repeated and growing calls from conservative leaders to shut it down as an attack on President Obama and the Affordable Care Act.
