Eaton lawyers ask court if they can withdraw from Frisby litigation

The Milwaukee attorneys who have been the top outside lawyers for Eaton Corp. in its long-running lawsuit with Frisby Aerospace have asked to withdraw from the case.

The four Quarles & Brady lawyers gave no reason in their motion to withdraw in Hinds County Circuit Court in Jackson, Miss.
A court report that surfaced in recent days said that Quarles & Brady lawyer Michael Schaalman was involved in the plan to hire Jackson lawyer Ed Peters to work behind the scenes to influence the judge in Eaton’s trade-secrets lawsuit against Frisby.
