YP – Former FBI Agent Hal Neilson tapped as CEO of Here Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: HRTE)

As reported first in Mississippi by the Slabbed blog, Nevada based Here Enterprises, Inc. (HRTE.PK) – has tapped Phillip H. Neilson (Hal Neilson) to be its new President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors.

For the previous twenty-three years and prior to January 2012, Hal Neilson served as a Special Agent and Assistant Division Counsel for the FBI.
Mr. Neilson, as a manager, supervised all FBI investigations in the Northern District of Mississippi. His responsibilities also included investigating all classifications of federal violations and gathering intelligence in furtherance of FBI national priorities to include terrorism, counter-intelligence, public corruption, and violent crimes. Neilson received the highest performance ratings and recognitions for his work in the FBI. In January, Neilson retired from the FBI and started a law practice specializing in criminal defense, personal injury and corporate work.

In 2010, Neilson was indicted on federal charges stemming from failure to disclose financial interests to the FBI. A jury deadlocked on three charges and voted not guilty on two. Federal prosecutors later dropped the charges. Neilson is currently the plaintiff in a civil lawsuit against the US Government (MSND – 3:12cv00009).

Here Enterprises, Inc., incorporated on November 15, 2006, is a development-stage company. The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary, Here Network Corp., operated a Website dining guide at www.dinehere.ca called Dine Here. The Website contained restaurant listings for British Columbia including Greater Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler. On March 9, 2010, the Company sold Here Network Corp. The Company did not generate revenues from continuing operations as of August 31, 2010. On September 9, 2010, the Company entered into an agreement to become the sole shareholder of ABS Land Company, Inc. and Cycle Ranch, Inc., and the owner of 99% limited partnership interest of Cycle Ranch Management, Ltd., making them wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. Cycle Ranch, Inc. is the managing partner of Cycle Ranch Management, Ltd., which operates a motocross park near Floresville, Texas. ASB owns land which it leases to Cycle Ranch Management, Ltd. for its operations.

Cycle Ranch has 108 acres of red dirt and oak trees. The main track is approximately 1.7 miles long and 30 feet wide and is prepped every weekend for races. There is also a junior beginner track located behind the main race track. Facilities also include bathrooms, covered pavilions with picnic tables, covered grandstands that seat 800 people, a bike wash, and a bike shop. Cycle Ranch generates revenues from two separate sources. Cycle Ranch Management, Ltd. generates revenues from the operation of its BMX race track through practice session fees, race event fees, camping fees, special event fees, the bike wash and sales from the bike shop.

According to the company’s 10K filed in May 2012, the company had $2,876 in cash of of 2/29/12 on revenues of $63,075 for the quarter ending 2/29/12.
