Rep. Omeria Scott has introduced an amendment to the Sunshine legislation to have the Personnel Board to drug test outside counsel.
Yes, the whole world has officially gone off it’s rocker. The scary thing is that her amendment got 49 yeas.
By the way, Democrats are 0-15 on proposed amendements so far in the debate. Most of them have been silly and done purely to delay the inevitable passage of the bill.
Republican Chairman Mark Baker is hanging tough in the well.
