Congressman Alan Nunnelee visited DeSoto County Monday to receive an endorsement from the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors.
“Realtors are on the front line and so aware of what the economy’s like,” said Tony Jones, president of the Mississippi Association of Realtors. “As realtors we know how important it is to elect pro-business candidates that think like we do and have our best interests at heart. With serious challenges facing today’s economy, we need serious people in Washington that will fight for Mississippi businesses. Congressman Nunnelee is that person.”
Nunnelee was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010 and is running against two Republicans, Robert Estes and Henry Ross, in the upcoming Republican Primary.
