Pender – Dirty politics is as old as, well, dirt
This election season has had its share of allegations of dirty campaign tactics and one incident caused a stir last week.
The campaign of Will Longwitz for state Senate in the Jackson area came under fire for a mailer it sent out with a handwritten note signed by “Thad” asking people to vote for Longwitz. Now most GOP voters would assume this to be from lontime U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran. But it wasn’t, according to Cochran. It was apparently from some mystery Thad.
Hehe. Ooops.
