Lieutenant governor candidates Tate Reeves and Billy Hewes will participate in a mini debate arranged by WAPT-Channel 16.
According to WAPT, the candidates will “participate in a short 10-15 minute question and answer session” with anchor Scott Simmons at noon Wednesday after their speeches.
The lieutenant governor’s race has been the hottest contest in the election cycle, with each candidate taking several opportunities to make jabs at the other.
