Mississippi Physicians Endorse Tate Reeves for Lt. Governor

Mississippi Physicians Endorse Tate Reeves for Lt. Governor
Republican candidate for Lt. Governor Tate Reeves announced today that he has received the endorsement of the Mississippi Medical Political Action Committee (MMPAC).

Dr. Randy Easterling commented that as State Treasurer, Reeves has been an advocate of issues important to physicians. “Tate Reeves not only has been an advocate of tort reform, but his record as Treasurer and his campaign agenda of lower taxes, less government spending and a focus on job creation appeals to physicians, who are also small business owners,” Dr. Randy Easterling, Chairman of MMPAC, said in a statement.

“I’m committed to improving access to health care throughout Mississippi and to fighting for policies that will continue to improve the business climate in our state. Physicians are small business owners, and they have a huge impact on our economy. We must strive to make Mississippi the best place to do business for those in the health care field and other industries,” said Tate Reeves.

“I’m grateful to the physicians of the Mississippi Medical PAC for their endorsement and generous support of my candidacy. Their willingness to join our effort shows that our momentum continues to grow with two weeks left before Election Day,” Reeves said.

“Mississippi physicians enthusiastically endorse the candidacy of Tate Reeves for Lt. Governor and urge all voters to support him,” said Dr. Easterling in the MMPAC announcement, “because Reeves is a healthy choice for Mississippi.”
