Senator Albert Butler Supporting Luckett
List of Luckett endorsements continues to grow.
CLARKSDALE, MS. — Senator Albert Butler joins a growing list of elected officials supporting Bill Luckett’s campaign for governor.
“Bill Luckett has proven that he can create jobs in a part of the state where economic development is a real challenge. Mississippi must have a leader with the know-how and commitment to give people a chance to make a living in the towns and communities where jobs are scarce and times are really hard. Bill is the only candidate for governor who has built successful businesses in a town where the local economy was struggling. The people I represent need that kind of a leader.”
Senator Albert Butler represents District 36 that includes Claiborne, Copiah, Hinds and Jefferson counties. Senator Butler was elected in 2010 and is an Academic Manager at Mississippi Job Corp. Senator Butler is a member of Alcorn State University Alumni Association, Jackson State University Alumni Association, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity incorporated and a Mason. He is a Life Member of the NAACP.
