‘No Call’ violators fined $95K
JACKSON — State utility regulators have fined several out-of-state companies for violating Mississippi’s “No Call” law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley said Tuesday the agency fined TV Travel LLC of Phoenix, Global Wealth Direct LLC of Phoenix and EMC Packing and Shipping of Kearny, N.J., a total of $95,000.
