Pass Christian, Mississippi – Mississippi Republican businessman and gubernatorial candidate Dave Dennis takes his campaign for private sector leadership rather than politics as usual to Columbia, Oxford, Jackson, Philadelphia, Tupelo, and Gulfport this week.
Tuesday, April 26
Columbia – 6 p.m.: Speak to Marion County Republican Women at membership meeting at the home of Cheryl & James Bourne (1 Olney Place)
Wednesday, April 27
Jackson – 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Speak to American Subcontractors Association at River Hills Country Club (3600 Ridgewood Road)
Oxford – 6 p.m.: Meet & Greet/Voter ID talk at Ole Miss, Room 134, Brevard Hall (Old Chemistry Building on the Circle next to the Lyceum). In addition to Dave Dennis, Jeppie Barbour, former Mayor of Yazoo City and brother of Governor Haley Barbour, will speak with students about voter registration, absentee voting, poll watching and support for the Voter ID Initiative which will be on the ballot in November.
