Business sues Sen. Billy Hudson alleging theft of trade secrets
An attorney for state Sen. Billy Hudson said a lawsuit filed against the businessman is “baseless.”
Channel Control Merchants – which owns the Treasure Hunt and Dirt Cheap stores – filed the lawsuit against Hudson and his business partners last week in U.S. District Court.
Attorney Chris McDaniel and his law firm – Hortman, Harlow, Bassi, Robinson and McDaniel – represent Hudson and his business partners in the lawsuit.
“I’m confident in Billy Hudson, and I’m confident in the other parties I represent, and I look forward to our day in court,” said McDaniel, a state senator.
