Bryant commends judge’s Obamacare ruling

LT. GOV. BRYANT REMARKS ABOUT FEDERAL JUDGE RULING ON OBAMACARE

JACKSON – Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant issued the following statement regarding a federal judge ruling ObamaCare to be unconstitutional.

“Mississippi joined 25 other states in challenging ObamaCare as unconstitutional, and today’s ruling by a federal judge in Florida continues to prove that ObamaCare violates the 10thamendment to the U.S. Constitution. I commend Gov. Barbour for joining this lawsuit on behalf of hardworking Mississippians in saying that this overbearing federal mandate is a violation of our right to choose health care.”
