Tea Partiers rally in Vicksburg
JACKSON, Miss. — As Election Day draws closer, Tea Partiers rallied in Vicksburg on Saturday to attract vote power to bring change in the present government.
Titled “United We Stand In Taking Back America,” the event called on politicians, supporters, children and other speakers to talk about the problems they believe the present government has.
“You’re here today, I know, because you love your country and you don’t love what’s going on in our country,” Mississippi treasurer Tate Reeves said.
State Insurance Commissioner Mike Cheney urged the voting public to use their power to affect change.
