Vikings could be prepared to throw more money at Brett Favre
The Minnesota Star Tribune reported that the Minnesota Vikings are prepared to increase Favre’s salary from $13 to $20 million for the coming season, with $16 million guaranteed.
This comes a day after news broke that Favre had begun to tell team officials he would not play this year. Since then, only Vikings TE Visanthe Shiancoe has confirmed that such messages were delivered.
