Wicker: Statement on the Nomination of James E. Graves, Jr. to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker today issued the following statement after President Obama nominated James E. Graves, Jr. to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit:
“During his tenure on the Mississippi Supreme Court Justice James Graves has been a diligent and capable jurist.” Wicker said. “I am hopeful the Senate will act on his nomination soon.”
