Henry Ross Not Quite Ready To Concede

I exchanged emails with Henry Ross’ campaign manager Hunter Lipscomb last night asking him about what the campaign plans to do now that all the precincts in MS-01 are accounted for (and Alan Nunnelee has a clear majority) and he stated that they are still reviewing the results so no official decision to concede has been made yet. Lipscomb was also quoted in a Clarion-Ledger article this morning stating that the Clay county results were not what the Ross campaign hoped for. Nunnelee won Clay with 57 percent, but there were not enough votes in the small county to make a difference one way or the other. Lipscomb indicated that Ross will still be endorsing Nunnelee “at the appropriate time,” pointing to an earlier press release where the campaign vowed to support the GOP nominee.
